Sheli Young, Transaction Coordinator
Sheli is a licensed REALTOR® and the transaction coordinator for the team. She oversees the entire escrow process, from the point we negotiate a successful purchase contract to the close of escrow. She is the liaisons with buyers, sellers, escrow officers, home inspectors, lenders, and appraisers to ensure a successful closing for each property. She has a wide wealth of knowledge about all phases of the real estate business. Sheli has been a licensed Realtor since 2008. She has managed real estate offices and even trained new Realtors on the business. Sheli is the back bone of the operations side of the real estate team.
